Work with me.

I work with women in person and virtually, so reach out no matter where you live.

Below are my starting packages. Before you decide, I’d love to have a complimentary 30-minute chat with you to learn more about how I can help. You can set that up by clicking the below button.

The Busy Woman’s Game Plan Package (Entrepreneurs)

Together, we’ll walk you through my signature 5-step program, The Busy Woman's Game Plan, to get you to a place where you have a clear understanding of and prioritize what’s on your plate (in your personal and work lives), understand your family teammates’ schedules, and have a game plan for how you’ll get it all done — all without making your calendar a cluttered mess. Plus, with most entrepreneurial clients, we uncover at least 5 extra hours of time a week.

The results? Peace of mind and confidence that you have a game plan to get it all done, which will help you actually enjoy and relax during your downtime. Plus, you’ll have more time and energy to focus on your relationships and what’s important to you. It’s pretty magical.

It’s worth noting because you may be curious, I make sure to work an extra two hours with entrepreneurs/business owners on time management because it’s just more complicated in the entrepreneurial world. We’re in charge of many different pots relating to our company (e.g., client service, marketing, finances) that we need to account for in your new system, so it just requires a bit more time.

What’s included:

  • Three 2-hour sessions together via phone + a remoting-in technology called TeamViewer so I can set up your new bang-up time management system with you. Working through my signature 5-step program, we’ll set up and strategically personalize your calendar so you have clarity, a game plan, and confidence. Plus, we’ll uncover some extra time in your week for you!

  • We’ll use techniques including time-blocking and repeating planning sessions to set up your new time management system in a way that gives you clear instructions on how to maintain it for the long-run. Don’t worry if you’ve tried and stumbled with time-blocking before. It’s different when someone is holding your hand every step of the way.

  • We’ll touch on email management, but if email is a huge time-suck in your life, I encourage you to check out the next package.

  • A printable step-by-step overview of my system for your future reference.

Important terms and conditions:

  • You must fill out my questionnaire before your first session.

  • All sessions must be completed within 120 days of purchase.

The Busy Woman’s Game Plan Package + Email Management Help

The Time Management Revamp package PLUS an extra 2-hour session where we’ll work together to improve your email management process so you have a clear plan for what you’re doing in your inbox and spend less time there.

Important terms and conditions:

  • You must fill out my questionnaire before your first session.

  • All sessions must be completed within 150 days of purchase.

The Random-Help-Please / Bigger Project Hourly Option

Want help above and beyond - or even totally separate from - the above packages?

I also offer business workflow and digital organizing services, including setting up electronic file organization, business processes and procedures, drafting an operations manual, and setting up a password repository.

My goal is to make you more efficient and focused at work so you can leave earlier and have more time for what’s important to you, whatever that may be. Before we do this, let’s have an initial chat to make sure the work is a good fit. Click here to set that up.

Unsure? Let’s have that complimentary initial chat.

I’m happy to have a complimentary 30 minute phone chat with you. Beforehand, you’ll fill out a questionnaire, and during the call, I’ll answer any questions you have and follow up on any questions I have from your questionnaire.

— Emily Behrmann, Broker-Associate, New Wave Real Estate
Kelly was personable and friendly and never got flustered. I never felt judged because of my paper-heavy, cluttered office. With an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth and a law degree from Boston College as well as big law firm experience, Kelly is smart as a whip - and she understands how law firms and complex organizations work. She has a PhD in decluttering and organizing. She helped us create and keep deadlines, always with a smile and a kind word. Kelly is superb. ... Whether it is for a few hours or a few months, Kelly is worth her weight in gold. Five stars across the board. Thank you Kelly!
— R. Waite, Partner, Keeney Waite & Stevens
Kelly’s extraordinary organizational sense, her quick intelligence, and wisdom about setting up systems that work have made a big difference in my life. From organizing my computer files, to my work flow, filing, and reminder systems, ... Kelly has an excellent handle on it all. Not only that, she has the compassion, warmth, humor and perspective to turn what I saw as drudgery into a project I look forward to completing with her. The value of her service far exceeds the cost, and I am immensely grateful to have the pleasure of working with her.
— Elizabeth, Director of Sales & Marketing
After working with Kelly, I no longer feel imprisoned by boring, infinite paperwork. Kelly listened to my preferences and developed a system using Google Calendar, a tickler file, and one simple desktop organizer. I have key data from bills on a spreadsheet and can shred unnecessary papers. I have a system for dealing with paper that eliminates clutter and reduces the time I spend processing paper. Best of all, I no longer head toward my desk with a sense of dread. It was a pleasure to work with Kelly, and I’m still reaping the benefits.
